Very quick reply: IMHO, auto-close of pull requests or issues is very
annoying and there is no good reason to do it. If we want to auto-mark
reviews as "stale" after some period of time so that they can be
easily filtered out, that's OK, but we should not abandon them unless
they really have no value to them.
