While looking for some source code to make conform to the coding guidelines,
I noticed that all of the header files written by
"Erik Jaesler" use a very strange form of indentation, and are not
compatible with the coding guidelines.

I've decided to start with Application.h and have included a patch that
cleans it up. On lines 124 and 154 some code is commented
out with no annotation as to why. I think this code should either be removed
if it's no longer needed or a comment added explaining
why it's commented out

One last thing, there are a number of header files that need to be cleaned
up so I'm wondering if you would prefer me sending patches as
I go or send a big patch when I'm done.

Later,
