`ssh-keygen` will generate the public ssh-key.
The passphrase is optional and acts as an additional layer of security
-- eg, if someone gains your private key, they'll also need to know
your passphrase in order to use it.

"id_rsa" is to be kept privately as it's essentially your password file.
"id_rsa.pub" can be given away freely and can be attached in a mail to me.

After that, there's a few steps to be done, which we'll address off list.

... I'm assuming this does not require a vote since Darkwyrm's commit
access is being re-activated from being idle, as opposed to it being
forcefully removed.
