Hi all (but most specifically to current committers),

I'd like to propose looncraz (looncraz@xxxxxxxxxxxx) for commit
access. He's contributed a bunch to Haiku over the years, most notably
(and most recently) the Set*UIColor patches, and their followups to
fix BeOS compatibility regressions.

Good examples of commits by him:
*
https://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=7f9368cae5ff96137d32a60ed2e86795421f8222
*

*
https://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=04039d6f30393bb4eb9612cbb69cf355859cf696

... and of course you can view the full list at
https://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/log/?qt=author&q=looncraz ;(there are
even some older pre-Git patches from him at the bottom of
https://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/log/?qt=grep&q=looncraz).

My only nitpick is that his commit summary lines are often a bit too
brief (I'm guilty of sometimes tweaking them before committing
patches), but his code is very good, so it's quite a small nitpick
(and I'm sure it'll improve with time :-).

Obviously this is a +1 from me, we really need more people poking at
app_server and the Interface Kit in general.
