Autoconf and automake are ready.  I took a brief look at the portlog
page for libtool and m4 and since there seems to be some tweaking
needed on those two I'll defer to Ingo or Oliver or someone else for
those two, as they are key pieces.  Perhaps a .diff file could be
posted after this new build?  I suspect some of the tweaks that were
made 10 months ago may be different anyways.
New automake and autoconf binaries, can someone move these to haiku-files?
