Hi,
I'm one of the guys working on Firefox.
The version you have should work reasonable well, although technically
it's a BeOS build.
We are working on getting a Haiku build, but we need to get a lot of
code checked in at mozilla.org to be allowed to release a 'Firefox'.
Otherwise it will be a 'NonameBrowser'.

The biggest issues I've heard about USB-keys and Firefox is:
a) You are out of diskspace and not all of Firefox made it to the usb-disk.
b) While launching you ran out of diskspace causing hangs.
c) Writing to disk fails so no new profile gets generated.

Please check if this is one of those issues or another one.
