[haiku-development] BeOS R5 Compatible File System Add-Ons?

Hi,
I am having problems building file system add-ons for BeOS under and
for Haiku.
For example the linker complains that the functions new_path, and
notify_listener are missing.
The file system add-ons in the repository seem to use a new API,
does Haiku also support file system add-ons from BeOS?
