[haiku-development] B_USE_* values

Hello,
I am working on making all Preferences windows consistent, removing most of
hardcoded values.
However, I am a bit confused by the usage of default spacing values.
For example, in src/preferences/appearance/APRWindow.cpp
B_USE_DEFAULT_SPACING is used for everything, also stippi suggested that
for spacing buttons I should use it as well.
What is other values (e.g. B_USE_WINDOW_INSETS) intended use?
