Nonetheless, for clarity purposes it is entirely possible to introduce the 'working-on-it' stage! I'm neutral to this point.
I'm not sure it add clarity. Adding it would not solve any problem with the current workflow (new/nobody > new/owned > accepted > fixed) and would likely add some confusion. I like the current system with only 3 states that are clear for a regular user :
-New : no one is working on it -Accepted : someone is looking at it -Fixed : not a bug anymore Other states would make trac look more complex and make users avoid it. -- Adrien Destugues / PulkoMandy http://pulkomandy.ath.cx
