I think the source must be transformed into a acpi_handle at
http://haiku.it.su.se:8180/source/xref/src/system/kernel/arch/x86/irq_routing_table.cpp#read_irq_routing_table line 121 will investigate it, there are also some possible leaks in read_irq_descriptor...
