is there already support for mounting 9P remote filesystems
on Haiku ?

(it's the primary network filesystem on Plan9, also used as the
primary IPC mechanism - very useful for building distributed
systems :))

What's the goal? Do you want to mount an existing 9P filesystem with data or to remote-boot?

As alternatives Haiku offers some NFS, (limited?) NBD support as well as its own remote disk server protocol.

Judging by http://plan9.bell-labs.com/magic/man2html/5/0intro a 9P client sounds rather simple to implement if you want to give it a try. :) I've been looking at src/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/nfs/, src/bin/ network/mount_nfs/ and src/tools/remote_disk_server/ as reference for implementing iSCSI.
