As I noted in ticket #2085, looks like it might be easy to add a
fourth argument to the AddCopyrightEntry function in AboutSystem to
allow for putting in a link to the license file. Any other opinions on
this? I know longer term it'd be preferable to have this be more
dynamic, putting the info in on the fly, perhaps as queries, but for
now would this be workable?
