I never received an email about resetting my password after trying a
couple of days ago.  I don't see any emails in spam either, so it
appears the reset email was never sent.  Oliver, feel free to contact
me off-list if you need more details.

Also, the text that is shown after requesting a password reset could
use some improvement in my opinion.

It currently states "If your request is successful, an email will have
been sent to the nominated email address. This will contain further
instructions relating to resetting the password to this account."

I suggest the following, as it reads much more naturally to me without
the awkward tense shifting and the use of the rarely used definition
of "nominated"...

"If your request is successful, you will receive an email with further
instructions relating to resetting the password to this account."
