[haiku-depot-web] Update; Build Process

Hello;
As I mentioned on a prior post, there is presently some incompatibility
between the maven release plugin and git. to work around this for now,
I've created a python script that orchestrates the more fiddly aspect of
the release process. Not ideal, but will make this easier for the time
being.
This release only really contains an upgrade to the AngularJS library.
Oliver; I think it is worth doing a deploy now to know this is all
working. Can you please build and deploy from;
git checkout tags/haikudepotserver-1.0.6
I'd checked this on a CentOS host first to check it works out.
The documentation has also been updated a bit recently.
