Ah OK sorry I got those mixed up.  Well anyway the point is that the
string is being used as human-readable text.

The URL should be the identifier.

Yes this seems to make the most sense to me.

I assume that the name "Haiku" and "HaikuPorts" is coming from the
`repo.info` file in the repository when the repository is added to the
Haiku host.  In these cases, the name looks like an identifier, but for
Michel's repository it is "Guest One's bin ports x86_gcc2".
