[haiku-depot-web] Third party icons

It seems that third party repo icons are only shown in haikudepot if
the tepo is marked priority 1 in the repo.info file. I think the icons
should be shown regardless of the priority.

I don't know if this is this a haiku-depot-web issue or a HaikuDepot app issue.
