Thanks for adding in the "-1 comment". Can you also add these two sentences to explain about the last chunk size; 


The uncompressed heap data are divided into equally sized chunks (64 KiB).


then...
The last chunk in the heap may have a different uncompressed length from the preceeding chunks. The uncompressed length of the last chunk can be derived.
