Thanks for raising this. I looked up the error in the logs. It looks
like it tried to write a negative user rating somehow. I'll try to get
some better logging around that so it is easier to catch next time.
Another (possibly related in a convoluted way) problem looks like HTTP
timeouts on fetching HPKR data are "not happening" so I'll also take a
look at that when I get a spare moment too.

I was led back to the rating window. When sending again, I got another
alert - sadly I didn't take a screenshot of that one - telling me
something like there is already a rating/comment. Checking the HDS
website, I actually do see my comment, so it apparently made it
through alright....
