Yes, I need the translated description, but not in the bulk transfer,
only once the user selects an individual package. It's along the same
lines as downloading screenshots for a specific package, its not needed
for representing the list of packages.
You can specify that you want only the latest with (pseudo-code);
request.versionType = 'LATEST'
