As mentioned please provide the HID descriptor. It is entirely possible 
that the device exports it's functions using a different application 
collection than I anticipated. But as long as I don't own all the 
hardware in existence I am really depending on bug reports and HID 
descriptors being sent to me...

Yes, exactly. There was JoystickUtilizer for BeOS back in the day. It 
is quite possible that it works out of the box with Haiku, but I haven't 
tested it.
