Nice try, but no: that hickup has been corrected :-P
AFAICS, the problem behind this is that at times svnsync transfers a
changeset, but not all its attributes. This will be rectified upon next run
of svnsync, but Trac then believes it has already handled that changeset
and doesn't look at it again. So problems like these require a manual of
that changeset via 'trac-admin'.
