DriveSetup BFS init recommends a block size of 2048 but allows any of 
1024, 2048, 4096 or 8192.

The Mail Daemon Replacement was one of the first parts of OpenBeOS, IIRC.
Thread and Name have likely been with us for a very long time. I was using
those attributes in my queries and I'm glad that they're back.
