Bug in hta ?That is typical situation with completely non-translated modules. IMO actively translating languages will fill this with real data sooner or later so I find it not a big problem. ;-)
For example, my locale preference is French, Spanish, English. I know some other people also worj that way. If the french catalog is empty (but exists), I get no chance of seeing the spanish one.
