It's called haikuporter and the recipe for building, testing, and packaging 
software is a bep-file.

Actually it is not, since save for the name of the tool and the recipe 
files (well, also their contents) haikuporter will be the tool for building 
the hpkg packages.

So, if there isn't a bep-file for a WebPositive over at HaikuPorts yet, it 
certainly wouldn't harm to add one.
