In Deskbar's special case it would be possible to replace the
B_TRANSLATE_SYSTEM_NAME("Deskbar") argument to the TBarWindow
constructor with the plain "Deskbar" argument, and instead add
a B_TRANSLATE_MARK_... in the method, for just the catkey collection.

(One might also want to verify that the "Deskbar preferences..."
leaf menu item and it's window picks up Deskbar's system name.
And that the separate Deskbar preference launcher app's name is
in sync with that of Deskbar itself, for each language.)
