It was buggy, and its implementation a bit complex. When I reworked the network
stack, didn't take the time to fix the issues, and port it to the new stack API.
You can find its implementation in
src/add-ons/kernel/network/protocols/ipv4/ipv4.cpp and a few related files.
It's not that much code, and would definitely be worth fixing :-)
