I thought Ingo's flag was more or less intended to apply to the
solution I already had in place, i.e. make dispatch of those two
particular classes of debugging events keyed against that flag being
present rather than B_TEAM_DEBUG_THREADS. Did I miss something else?
If that's acceptable then I can certainly do that, after also fixing
the origin problem Ingo pointed out (which I completely missed since
all my tests were with apps renaming their own threads rather than an
outside party doing so).
