That would be handy for those huge 25Mb CR2 files I have at home.
I wonder if or how a translator could actually provide early lowres
image (from embedded thumbnail for example, if any) and later on the
final one. I guess one could ask, via ioMessage, translator for
thumbnail image synchronously and start an asynchronous translate
operation on the full size image.
