libxml2, libxslt, libexslt :
These look like a MIT license + cannot use author name for promotion

If they are identical maybe just create a new generic license file, otherwise add individual files.

I've been looking at libxml2 licensing today - and thought it was just standard MIT as the homepage at xmlsoft.org just links to http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.html.

Just downloaded a tar of a release though, and I see the phrase you mention at the bottom of the "COPYING" file: "Except as contained in this notice, the name of Daniel Veillard shall not be used in advertising or otherwise to promote the sale, use or other dealings in this Software without prior written authorization from him."

It might be worth an email to him to ask permission to just refer to it as standard MIT, as we're obviously not going to be using his name to advertise Haiku...but then if adding another license is easy I guess it makes sense to go that route.
