Yes it is. The catalogs are identified by a mime signature. Usually
it's the app's one, but you're free to select anything else when
loading the catalog.
Note that, however :
- The DoCatalogs rule (or the tools it calls) need to be groupes for all of them
- Translators added later on (not part of the Haiku tree) will have to
have their own catalogs anyway.
