Since the driver won't work, it definitely doesn't make any sense to be
loaded in this case, so yes, I agree with you.

But I reverted to r34342 that was from before your changes, and the
problem stays.
I'm afraid this a new and annoying problem, that currently renders my
laptop unusable under Haiku :-/
