This is not a BWindow shortcut, but just a handler in BView::KeyDown()
- IOW it doesn't care which modifier keys you press along with it, and
therefore it's available in the German keymap as well (you have to
press Alt-Gr, though).
I wouldn't mind other keys for this as well, but one modifier should
really be enough, and two adjacent keys makes this much nicer to use.
