Shouldn't we keep the old define around for source compatibility ?
Drivers outside the tree would not compile anymore, otherwise.

This constant was introduced by us, and not widely used at all until last
year. Plus we have long since broken source and binary compatibility with
BeOS on the drivers front.

I'm actually not sure what out of tree drivers there still are in active
use. The mutex ABI problems between KDEBUG and non KDEBUG kernels kinda
make that impossible at the moment; we really need to fix those.
