Please move this to docs/build/jam ?
Putting docs next to the sources further encourages people to not look
in the docs/ dir. We should instead let them know that this folder
exists and should be the obvious place to look for documentation.
"this stuff is complex" is not a valid reason for putting the docs in a
non-standard place.
Sure it is! My concern is once these files are incorrectly changed,
everyone's build of Haiku brakes.
