So, uh, this is the cause of the buildbot's breakage (well, it was
always "broken"; this just exposes the brokenness.) I think (though
I'm not sure) that this should be able to be fixed from the buildbot
master (see [0]), although I might be wrong about that.
Either way, I don't have access to the buildbot master; so could
someone who does please spend a few minutes fixing it.
