602076ef8264: repo rework: Remove stubs; Breaks repo compat.

  * These stubbs satisfied older Haiku releases that
    required the URL
  * Users running nightly images will need to upgrade
    to hrev50723 - hrev50744 before upgrading further
  * Getting this out of the way now before the beta
    comes out.
  * New installations shouldn't suffer any problems.

That was a bit fast. I'm still running 50683. Can you tell us the update
procedure? Will you handle all the complaints from users not being able
to update?

A warning message before doing that would have been appreciated.

Not helpful error message from pkgman:
"
Error: Unable to unarchive repository info!
failed to get cache for repository "Haiku". Skipping.: Name not found
"

Did keeping these stubs around actually hurt anything? I think we
should consider reverting this, and keeping it around until after
Beta1.
