Sorry, I didn't mean to commit these yet. They get the intel_extreme
driver working again on my laptop, but the changes required to do so
are against Intel specs (using pipe A when supposedly only pipe B can do
LVDS, and more stuff like that).

It does not completely revert the mentionned commits, so at least
Alexander' and Michael's work on refactoring the driver is still there
for the most part.

I'm fine with keeping these out of the main sourcetree if that's
preferred.
