I assumed that its purpose was mainly for the bots, as it's not very
human-readable. The bots, however, don't detect a multi-license file,
they just classify it as "Other". So if we put an explanatory message
that points to data/system/data/licenses followed by the MIT license,
they still classify it as "Other". Thus I didn't see why we needed to
keep the file around with all of the licenses in it, as it's rather
unreadable...
