document private APIs, so either we want the class public and it

Agreed, I could move the LaunchRoster docs into the cpp file itself
and then remove private app headers from the Docbook again. Sound
good?

The BLaunchRoster is not supposed to stay private; it's just
experimental API. We may not want to add its documentation to the Haiku book at this time (at least not without disclaimer), but it's supposed to end up there one day.
So -1 to that idea :-)
