I'm embarrassed to admit the test this "breaks" was... also written by
me, in the other software package. So it is just me and my
understanding that are wrong.
It can, if that's what's being requested.
Given what Ingo pointed out I think undoing the change is the most
sensible thing to do. What was there originally is clearly correct.
