12bb78e6cefa: Add gcc5 package for x86 and gcc5_x86 for x86_gcc2.

* update gmp package for x86, gmp_x86 for x86_gcc2.
* update wget packages for x86 and x86_gcc2.
* update icu* packages for x86_gcc2 and x86.
* update libgpg_error* packages for x86_gcc2.

Sorry I forgot that these icu packages are built with renaming
enabled. I will revert these packages, opinions?

Did you change the version? To me it looks like different revisions of
55.1 so the renaming should be the same.

Anyway, mmlr's package builder will have the updated packages
automatically when you push recipes. I've been using that repo
(https://hpkg.mlotz.ch/x86_gcc2/repo/) and it seems to work fine so far.
Only waiting for it to become the official way to handle packages now...

php, qt5_x86 and texlive.
