Wow, he was working on some great changes there. I've re-based them (mixing in
changes since 2013)
and am working on them now.

I booted his changes + added new PCI ID's for a Haswell laptop and got trash on
the
screen... but hey, trash on the screen is progress and better than a KDL :-)

Jeeze, another rabbit hole. Hopefully AHCI is mostly working for everyone now
