That's exactly the point: even if your machine can easily cope with the load
(and as I said, I doubt many old systems can do so for 1920x1080 or higher),
you may not want to let the CPU spend that much time on it.

Makes sense. I'll add the feature back, but I'll make it default to
"screen resolution" though.
