I think fractions result in more "noise" in the data shown, and
sticking to whole numbers keeps things more easily readable. It would
be interesting to use fractions if we made sure there are only 3
significative number in all cases (1.01 Mbps, 10.1 Mbps, 101Mbps, then
1.01Gbps, etc). I went (once again) with the lazy solution.
