AFAICT, this does not break any functionality, and I tested against a large
number of apps to ensure that the changes to BFilePanel didn't break
anything.
Aside from making the navigation toolbar use vector icons, there shouldn't
be any (obvious) look/feel changes, but I probably have some minor spacing
issues here and there. Shouldn't be noticeable unless you have eagle eyes,
or use an image-diff tool.
