f44d20c: Update curl and libpng packages, add libpng16 packages.

   * curl: security update for CVE-2014-3707
   * libpng16 can be installed next to libpng, libpng16_devel cannot be
installed next to libpng_devel (only one of them).
I'd rather have the older version with a patched name, so the generic
one can be updated... ie libpng15 and libpng for 1.6...

Why do we need to take special care in the first place? The packages will have different names, and their shared object names usually have the version in there, too. Only the libpng.so link in _devel should be a problem.
Am I missing something here?

Bye,
   Axel.
