This was probably introduced with the latest fixes to get our new
ARMv7/Beagle setup to boot. Just FYI, the Verdex target (just like all
except for Beagle) are expected to be horribly broken at the moment. Stuff
like most of this header will be replaced by FDT usage, so we can handle
multiple boards with one boot loader build (assuming the "platform" is
compatible).
