For future reference, putting an explanation as to why something is the case 
next to claims like this helps other people to understand and learn ;-)

In this particular case, I actually fail to see why "%#" is better than "0x%" 
- isn't the only difference that "%#" doesn't prepend "0x" when the value is 
zero?
