so the code will compile on gcc2 without that header included while gcc4
won't
... and I know this because I accidentally broke the gcc4 build by removing
this include. Of course everything went fine on my system but buildbot
wasn't as happy, thus this commit, and this comment to go along with it and
now this email. :)
