FYI, with this patch the cursor is very broken looking on my legacy
Radeon card, which does in fact support HW cursor. On boot it looks
normal, but after a few apps have changed the cursor to other shapes
and back it becomes garbled, and doesn't return to normal until a
reboot. Disabling the accelerant hooks for that feature makes things
go back to normal. Not sure if that's a problem in radeon or elsewhere
though.
